Refund Policy

At Steprico, customer satisfaction is our priority.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery in case of:

• Wrong product delivered

• Size issue

• Manufacturing defect

Product must be unused, in original condition, with tags & box.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method after quality check.
For COD orders, refund is given via bank transfer or UPI.
